Someone mentioned homeless people. It's rich, poor, young and old. There are not too many stores, strip malls that don't have trash cans outside. Pretty much everyone has them at home. But it's just a lot easier to toss the trash out your car window. There is just an attitude in our society that I'm not going to inconvenience myself in anyway.
