One of the fathers in our scout troop is a state DOT mechanic. He said it is not unheard of to have one of their right of way mower operators strike a full plastic bottle of old rotted urine, and end up off the tractor, on their hands and knees, puking violently.
soren, I see you are from Lancaster County. Until recent years, we didn't have the horse excrement all over the roads here in York County, but that has changed and now we have those types on both sides of us. It's funny how we accept certain behavior from some and not others. Funnier yet, is that hordes of people come from all over to drive in that stuff.
