There is a theory that parking a vehicle on concrete affects the rubber in the tires. I don't know if it is valid or not, but I have never done it and I have not had issues with tires. However, the price of a few plastic cutting boards or a couple of pieces of lumber is cheap enough if you feel so inclined to do it.
