passing signal
I understand that in Mexico the truckers turn on their left signal to let you know that it is safe to pass. We in the US. ought to start doing that.

Heck, down here in Florida all that would be really confusing. Too many old folks driving all day long with a turn signal on plus bunches of them keep their bright lights on at night so they can see better!
