Passport America Membership
I just joined Good Sam and was considering a membership in Passport America. Are there a lot of blackout times in Arizona during the winter months? Just wondered if PA is worth it for winter in Arizon...

You have to look at each campground for there rules on PPA. Peak season there is no reason for campgrounds to offer a discount if there full. If they are not full it is a way to fill there unused sites.
