Seems like a no-brainer. Would save me 50% off a $130 reservation and costs $44 per year. Do I understand this correctly?

We just got a notice from them for 2 years for $44. Seemed like a pretty good deal. We have belonged in the past and feel that we mostly got our money's worth.
But as was said, the parks are usually 2nd or maybe even 3rd tier parks, and you need to check in advance to make sure the PA rate will be honored. If you travel a lot you can probably come out ahead, at least a little bit.
