Once removed, there is a noticeable hole left in the wall, which is covered with some kind of vinyl that looks like wallpaper. Any ideas for patching the holes so they are not so obvious? Of course spackle and paint aren't an option...darn!
Don't rule out spackle and paint.
Before we traded in our last RV, we removed a large mirror on the wall. There were 4-screw holes and some tears in the wallpaper. DH took spackle and we found a couple of different paint colors to blend. It took us a few tries getting the right paints and paint techniques. It wasn't even noticeable.
