Does Penn Fed still offer the cc that gives 5% off at the pumps? If so, do you have the web site giving the info?

Thanks -- I looked at the card in the link. It rewards POINTS not cash. Can you convert the points into cash that is applied to you credit card balance or much you use them to purchase items from a list of merchants?
