I don't have cats, I use dogs!:) Actually my coach is parked at a covered spot that is part of a large dog boarding operation. I am only 50' behind the office parked on concrete and the whole facility is extremely clean but can be noisy!
You talk about mothball smell, when I was looking at used coaches I went into a 2005 DP that had such a strong odor that you literally could not stay in it, my wife never made it passed the front seat! The salesman said it had been delivered to them like that and they had removed over 50 fresh mothball and they were sure there more as the smell had not lessened in fact he said as it sat in the hot Florida sun it had gotten worse.
