We use a similar set up. After measuring how much coffee we enjoy, DW purchased a stainless steel thermos with a wide dispensing lid. A six cup cone filter takes exactly two fills from a boiling kettle to fill the thermos and coffee stays hot to the last drop.
The electric coffee grinder takes 150 watts for about twenty seconds using the inverter, but it's essential to have fresh ground.
