Honestly. You need to adjust the hitch. From the looks of it. It isn't transferring any weight to the front. Since the spring bars are so far out of level from where they should be. you could pull at least 2 (maybe 3) more chain links. That should get your front end down closer to where it should be, and bring the back up closer to where it should be. In other words your setup is not right. Time to redo.
No air bags won't get your front down to where it belongs, and after you adjust the hitch properly. You will be amazed how much better it will handle, and drive
