Your dealer should have done a better job. Your WDH appears to be doing nothing. .
Yes the TT nose will come up some. not a lot. You may have to loosen the bar and lower it. Be careful not to lose the angle of the hitch head. the tilt toward the trailer is what makes the bars pull weight. Your bars should be level with the tongue. Your front end should be back down close to where it was before you hooked up.
Once you get the hitch right. you will not need air bags. The hitch will bring the rear of the truck up to a more normal height, and get the wheels out of the wheel well.
