Picked up my TT this weekend, Do I need air bags?

My TT has a 6000lb dry weight and 745 hitch weight. I have a blue ox WD/Sway control until installed that the dealer setup for me. It sits pretty level, but just wondering if I could benefit from ...

Looking at the instructions, it appears the bars are supposed to flex quite a bit. I have 10,000 lb bars because the 7500lb would have been just under the GVWR. I think you guys are correct in that the chains should be a little tighter. I just need to be careful that in doing so it doesn't raise the front of the trailer up too much. What's the easiest way to confirm the trailer is level for this setup?
