First, my opinion on air bags mask overweight situations and complicate WDH adjustment. I towed my TT with a half ton that was 0-500 pounds over GVWR and it never looked overweight with just a correctly adjusted WDH. So I think you need to
hit a scale and stop guessing your weights. Only then will you know where you stand with respect to all your truck's ratings as well as how well your WDH is adjusted. You'll want at least 3 passes. Truck alone, truck with trailer tongue on ball, and truck with trailer with WDH.
