I have 10,000 lb bars. He said they base it off the GAWR. My trailer is 7700 GAWR which bumped me from the 7500lb bars to the 10,000 lb bars (1,000 TW)
This is where you want to be - the front back to where it started. Don't worry about the rear of the truck. It will take care of itself. The trailer attitude looks good.
Also, the bend in the bars is fine.
Although a trip to the scales when you get the chance would be a good idea, I think you have dialed it in pretty well. Now it is time to go camping! :)
