When we bought our camper last summer I couldn't get things right to save my life. Truck was level. Camper was level. Front fender measurement was dead on. Numerous threads here with tons of help from some of the resident WDH pros. All the basic practices of setting up a WDH was perfect and it towed horribly. I switched this and changed that, but when I finally took it to the scales the problem was clear. I was only transferring 200 of the 1400lb tongue weight back up front, not that that is your problem, just saying.
Point is, even after you get things 'looking' right, it can still be way off.
