Me too, I can't believe Pilot/Flying J will just screw all the non-Good Sam customers. I'll wager that after all the uproar from non-Good Sam customers they will reinstate some type of discount/loyalty card. The fuel company also has a lot of frequent fuelers that are not RVers and would have no interest in being Good Sam members. I had my Flying J discount/loyalty card many, many years before I had an RV.
As for the Good Sam RV charge card, my bank rewards credit card gives me 4% back on 'at pump' gasoline purchases. At a fuel price of $3.50 that means a rebate of fourteen cents per gallon. It pays me the same rebate at any station, not just Pilot/Flying J. Why would I be willing to settle for only 6 or 7 cents per gallon?
