We stopped in Knoxville at a Pilot station (Pilot headquarters is in Knoxville) and the manager didn't know about the card! We called and got our discount and they said they will inform the manager at the station. Great service on the back end. Not so much on the front end.
If we fuel in the "truck diesel" lanes we have to go inside to them to start the pump and tell them about how much fuel we will purchase (lots doesn't work LOL), go back outside and fuel up, go back inside to get the receipt. We did stop at one location that had 3 RV lanes marked in the truck lane area where the pumps were programmed to read the RV Plus card. yeah!! All the stations need that feature. Lots more work needed on this program.
