I pay the dealer $70 to winterize it with the pink stuff and check the roof and seals. I store it in a farmer's barn for the winter, so it's not exposed to the extreme cold and wind.
Worked so far.
Yes, I could easily do it myself for less money, but my time is also worth something and I spend thousands of dollars every year in insurance, gas, campsites, firewood, etc., so what's another $70? ;)
