That harness looks like the one I used which is a Trailermate I believe the number is tm781124. It is a plug & play harness. Pretty easy to install & works fine. I changed out the 4 pin plug for a 6 pin so I could charge my jeep battery. Theyhave video install instructions on etrailer. Just one hole to drill on right rear of jeep to get plug through. I resealed the hole with foam afterwards. I use the Blue Ox tow bracket & it has hardware to bolt a 6 pin plug in place. I didn't buy the extra harness for a trailer. Jeep won't tow much.
