Lets see - 11 years and 91,000 miles of travel. Only plumbing issue was a slow drip from the kitchen faucet. Went to Home Depot when we got home and found the proper repair kit.
I don't see a reason to carry a bunch of parts that are easily available practically anywhere.
I do carry a spare serpentine belt, a quart of oil and a fuel filter as well as a few tools as a hedge against being stuck on the side of the road.
