Pogo Stick Ride or Saddle Up Your Bucking Bronco

I've had the exact same problem on I-94 in Wisconsin. Haven't had it anywhere else except on one state highway in Minnesota, and only for a couple miles on that highway.

I wouldn't spend a lot of money trying to fix a problem that exists within the roadway itself and in just a few places.
