Police hunting RV in Atlanta Area

many years ago friend at work's daughter was in a van with 5-6 others going from Rockville to the Eastern Shore. they had a wreck and his daughter was ejected thru the windshield and banged up pretty bad but made full recovery and the other 4-5 in the van were killed.
after the dust settled, once again the subject came up that she was lucky she wasn't belted in as she would have been killed along with the other 5. My comment was that I would bet that none of them were belted in and if they all had been, from the appearances of the van, most or all would have survived. no body disputed that statement.
