I got the Weber specifically because it could be converted to hook up to the low pressure outlet on the side of the RV. That's good info, and basically what you want to do; get yourself a Weber Q and convert it to low pressure by removing the Q's regulator. About a 5 minute job it you're real slow.
This kit is a newer method and looks pretty slick. I posted a parts list back in 2013 that was this:

Both methods will work just fine.
