so why was my post closed? it was a helped wanted post. I got one reply...that wasnt showing on my post anymore...and it says closed. I didnt recieve any notice from anyone saying they were closing...

Help wanted posts are closed right after they are posted because if they are left open some people post about how lousy the pay is, how bad the hours are, how bad the location is etc. etc. The answer to me lies somewhere in between. Help wanted ads should be closed to future postings but not shown as closed until the position is filled.
