If I hook up for water I would be outside as already said but I even put a Y on in case some wants water while I fill.
2 years ago we were at O'Bannan State Park (Southern Indiana). The campground had 1 common water spigot. On this one and only water spigot, there was attached a Y. One side had a hose and the other side open. then else came along and attached another Y to the open side and left one side open and attached a hose to the other. Then the 3rd person came along, then the 4th. It was the most rediculous thing I think I'd ever seen. All together there were about 10 Y's, on attached to the other and hoses running everywhere. We complained to the campground hose, complained at the park office, and even sent emails to the state DNR office. Nothing became of it!
We were so mad because we couldn't get water. That's when I finally went over and unhooked the the entire mess, got my water and left all their hoses laying on the ground. It only took a few minutes when an entire gaggle of campers were gathered around the watering post trying to figure out what to do.
