I wish it was, but it wasn't my doing....
In a Michigan campground, an adjacent rig had hooked a "water thief" on the straight spigot. A member of our group borrowed my screwdriver and removed it long enough to fill a couple of jugs. Then he put it back on. He didn't work very hard at getting it tight.
The owner of the offending rig showed up and was grumbling. He spun the valve open and water came out of the valve and the hose all at once. There he stood. Just in time for a ranger to come by. I could not hear the conversation, but the range pointed up and down the row and them shrugged and departed. (He did come back later to see if the water tap was clear - I believe)
