I'm young enough to pop a squat if the need arises. Keep wet wipes handy and some way to store the "used" ones until you can get to a trash can. We have had to do this on long RZR rides.
But when my mom goes camping or staying in a family member's "shabin" that doesn't have indoor plumbing and requires a trip down the road to a pit toilet, she uses a little makeshift potty that she has created out of a home depot bucket, kitty litter, and a pool noodle cut to fit around the edge of the bucket so she can sit somewhat comfortably. You can even outfit this with a garbage bag in the bucket, then put the litter in the bag in the bucket, so it's easy disposal (just take the bag out and properly dispose).
