While this is true, with any kind of population density a location needed to be established to protect health. If you got there, somebody else will. Carry or bury.

I just assumed the reason for "thick enough shrub" was for privacy. Truck drivers, seen "kicking the water out of a tire" have been charged and convicted of "sex crimes"
