What a week here on the Forum...plastic serving spoon down the toilet and butter in the heat duct. I'm staying home until all this kind of karma stops....:)

Anyway, the ONLY way to completely clean up this mess is to climb underneath, detach the duct line and replace it with a new, clean one.

No amount of wiping, rubbing, swabbing, or kitty litter/oil dry is going to get it completely out of all the nooks and crannys.
