If it's a metal duct you might get a lot of it out by using rags and tied on some sort of snake. A garden house with rags tied on the end might even work (keep the water turned off of course) But, if it's one of those flexible ducts that a lot of RV's have your basically screwed. The only way is to replace the duct.
