Questions - have you tried moving the sensor to another tire to see if the problem moves? Can you verify that the reported sensor pressure is accurate with a standard pressure gauge?
Sometimes a little dab of lubricant on the valve stem - something like vasaline or dielectric grease - will help the sensor seat better. Sometimes blowing out the valve side of the sensor with compressed air will help.
Failing that, contact Advantage Pressure Pro and give them your story. I've found them very responsive the few times I've had contact with them.
Been using a Pressure Pro system since 2007, and never had that problem. And no - I don't sell them, just use them.
