The fire can start from the Hydrogen cap that is on the cooling medium. It creates an inert atmosphere retarding corrosion and also hydrogen is the best gas for cooling. When the cooling unit tubing cracks and the hydrogen escapes the fire can start. If the unit is on propane and the failure occurs the flame from the propane can light things off in a hurry. It is a little better if the unit is on electricity, but fire can still breakout.
