Don't think dealers will have it priced to sell. Dealers price to make money and then price to sell if it doesn't sell. Sometimes it doesn't make sense.
Keep using kbb and also ask values on here. You'll get a wide range of answers from realistic to wtf? But filtering out the extremes and bs you'll find he right price.
That and compare relentlessly. Craigslist is a good resource for that to look in different areas.
I've bought and sold several vehicles in my lifetime, and have always researched prices on Edmunds, NADA, KBB, etc. Edmunds is always the lowest--they claim their prices are actual sale prices. Most dealers will have their vehicles priced somewhere around NADA retail, and I start an offer WAY below that and never pay much more than my offer.
But I've never seen such huge discrepancies in car and truck pricing, as these in RV pricing. It's crazy.
