It appears to be a network of dealers who sign up to do this. If you purchase from a "network" dealer supposedly you can move to the head of the line when you take your service business to another member dealer if you have an issue while traveling. Good for them because they get your business and your repair $$$ rather than someone else. For instance I looked here near me in Florida and I have 4 major RV centers I could take my business to if I needed repairs. Only one of them is in the "network" so my guess is I would contact them first.
Also, you are supposed to contact your "home" dealer first and they "recommend you" into the closer dealer for service that "can't wait" until you get home. I would think the closer dealer would love my business, the question being, do you really jump to the front of the repair line.
