I spoke with tech support today. They wanted me to check the ohm resistance at the controllers connector between the blue & black wires while the trailer is connected. I did this & the reading stays all the way to the left. I then checked the 7 o'clock & 5 o'clock connectors on the trailer plug & the reading went all the way to 0 ohms.
I also checked the connections of the controller wiring harness to the truck wiring. All those connections are good.
I'm at a loss as to where to go now.
