I also tell every person that comes in, I don't care who you buy your RV from, but if you have a question you can call me for an answer. All that matters is that you get the RV that is right for you.
This is why I am an RV Consultant, not a salesman. I am here to help you buy not sell you something.
I doubt your paycheck is solely dependant upon being a customers new best friend. You can describe yourself in any term you wish, but the bottom line is, you don't sell, you don't eat.
