I usually pick mine out by the way he acts. At our Dothan Camping world we were looking at TT's, one was locked and the only salesman that was not sitting in a chair rocking or smoking came over our way, he was nice, introduced himself and said " if you need anything else I will be around". We liked the one that was locked and going back in the store one of the lazy bunch said "find anything you liked" I said yeas and they all started to rise, I said never mind I want the black salesman that came over, one of them said " he is on a tour" and I replied that we would and could wait for him. He made the sale because he was interested. And did not push. It looks really bad for all the salesmen to be gathered at the front, smoking, rocking and just plain lazy looking.
