Progressive Insurance Problems with Claim

I had Progressive also, before I figured out the correct terms to get USAA insurance. I to had a major problem. Traveling to Newport, RI via NYC, I happened upon a pot hole near the GW Bridge, it was the size of a VW Beetle. I hit it real good, buckled an internal wall. Thought that was it, then when it started raining a couple weeks later, there was a pretty good leak up front. The RV repair facility said they were pretty sure that the impact of the pothole shifted the box...Progressive said that pretty sure was not 100% sure, therefore I had to pay for that fix. It cost me about $3k... I am not a happy camper when it comes to Progressive.
