Progressive Insurance Problems with Claim

I have Progressive on my boat and will surely change at the next renewal. They are a total hassle to deal with when it comes to a claim.

Speaking with an owner of a repair shop, he informed me that their adjusters get a commission off whatever they can save the company and will, therefore, fight to deny claims whenever possible.
