correct, Progressive is a underwriter for USAA. I dropped Progressive because
of their pricing. didn't take long to receive a phone call asking why. when I told them GEICO beat them by $400 for same coverage the caller wanted to do a price comparison to see if they could match GEICO and get me back as a policy holder. I said no and that they should have been up front with me when I was in the process of renewing my policy instead of just assuming I would do a policy rollover w/out checking and comparing...they did refund the difference of remaining time left on policy to my credit card...this was on my 2013 Harley Tri-Glide but I suspect it's their policy across the board. we do not have TT insured w/them any longer either.
