Progressive Insurance Problems with Claim

It must depend on the state your in. I switched from State Farm to Progressive 5 years ago, got better coverage for the same money and the rate has increased very little since. I've had two major claims (two broken windshields then later tornado damage). They have been extremely professional in claim handling and service. I still have State Farm on my toad and home but I’ve been very disappointed with their claim service.
