Progressive Insurance Problems with Claim

I've had Progressive Insurance all my RV's over the many years. 2 major claims in excess of $10k with no problems or rate increases. I hade one of those major claims a couple of years ago when I plugged into 220V. Fried everything. Followed last summer with a new windshield for $1200.00. Still no rate increases. In fact my deductable had dropped from $500.00 to $185.00 when they replaced the windshield.
