Used to have Progressive until they screwed me.
Had a deer comp claim, no problem. Within 3 yrs had a windshield (stones) in two vehicles. The first they took care of.
The second, when I called the high deductible meant it was cheaper not to file a claim and pay out of pocket. Ok did that.
Next renewal, they RATED me. 3 claims, even counted the second windshield though I didn't put in the claim.
Spoke to underwriter, they wouldn't budge.
Switched that week, never looked back.
