Progressive RV Insurance and Windshields

I had the windshield cracked pretty severely by my cat crashing into it from the inside in a cat-on-cat chase. Hard to believe, I know, which is why I ask this question.

I have Progressive Comprehensive RV insurance.

Has anyone had experience with getting your windshield replaced by them? Do they try to weasel out of covering?

    We just had a chip fixed. Went to their website and reported the claim on line. The entire process was on line. Put in our policy number where indicated and they told us we would be contacted by a repair person in the area. That happened and we got it fixed. Very efficient.

    Does your policy exclude damage due to pets? I suspect they will pay the claim acccording to the policy specific, leaving you to pay any deductible. Luckily here in SC all glass claims have a zero deductible.
