2 weeks ago.. In south Texas..

I was at a fill station...
man behind me.. said he needed a new bottle 30#... as his was just stolen from the back of his pickup truck.. he went into drug store to pick up his meds... then to fill station.

so it does happen.

I never do exchanges.. to costly. and somewhat, they lie... not full. OK 80%.

YES, I weight my tanks.. empty and Full.

25 and 56......30 pounders.
