I don't get
IF your worried
just leave the 'tank'/bottle in your car, until you;ve paid
then take it out for the exchange
you carried the empty there in the vehicle
and your going to carry the full home in the same vehicle

i have never heard of anyone stealing an empty LP tank

is this for your barbecue grill ?
