That brings up the often disputed discussion of, do you need to purchase the 'rental' insurance or not.
I guess this will be the precedent for those that believe that:
You do not need to purchase insurance for a rental car, it is covered on your personal car insurance.
Would be interested in finding out if this guys insurance company paid for the blowed up rental car! :B
