I think it is best to save the 30 lb tanks. Arrange to lease or buy a 100 lb tank and have the propane brought to you.
If the 100 ends up empty--the 30 lb tanks can be turned on and Bob's Your Uncle.
83 now and able to do the tanks--but what about when you are 89???
