Proper Use of an Infrared Temp Gun

I was thinking about getting a temp gun for the TT but I don't drink beer. :)

Mine goes from 35 to 38, then I drink it,.....makes a nice chaser for my Margarita (on the rocks).

I thought the proper temperature was 41 degrees.

Look what you made me do, I had to go pour one of the beers I made. I like some of them a little warmer, it's a hoppy beer, similar to an ipa.

OK, before you have too many, go outside again, get in the recliner, look at the bay, and point it straight up... what temp do you get? Looks clear enough that you should get less than the beer temp... 25,000'.

Only way my daughter could get her infant to take the fake milk was to get it very close to 98.8 degrees.
